Information everyone should know about entering , parking on base and entering buildings.
Visitors are to ensure their sponsor has submitted a SHAPE Form 550 (Surname, Name Middle Initial, Date of birth, place of birth, Nationality) including vehicle details (Make, model, colour, registration, (Company or Private) including dates of the visit. Ensure relevant areas are included.
Visitors to the 100 area also need a SHAPE Form 69A prepared by their sponsor (Name, Nationality, Company, Security Clearance). Security Clearance to be sent ahead if possible.On arrival at SHAPE: Visitors are to report to the Visitors Centre at the Main Gate and collect their pass (Bring a photo ID).On arrival to the 100 area, visitors are to report to the Police Post in Bldg 101. Meet their sponsor trade and their passport/photo ID in for a Security Pass.
