NITC A Division of NCSA Headquarters is co-located with Allied Command Operations at the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE), near Mons, Belgium.
SHAPE HEADQUARTERS
Information everyone should know about entering , parking on base and entering buildings.Visitors are to ensure their sponsor has submitted a SHAPE Form 550 (Surname, Name Middle Initial, Date of birth, place of birth, Nationality) including vehicle details (Make, model, colour, registration, (Company or Private) including dates of the visit. Ensure relevant areas are included.
Visitors to the 100 area also need a SHAPE Form 69 prepared by their sponsor (Name, Nationality, Company, Security Clearance). Security Clearance to be sent ahead if possible.On arrival at SHAPE: Visitors are to report to the Visitors Centre at the Main Gate and collect their pass (Bring a photo ID).On arrival to 100 area, visitors are to report to the Police Post in Bldg 101. Trade their passport/photo ID in for a Security Pass and meet their sponsor.

Belgian Rail Services
Mons is well served with rail and road transport links. Direct Trains to and from Brussels Airport run at the following times and take approximately 1 hour 16 minutes. Brussels International Airport to Mons - Departs at 36 minutes past the hour. Mons to Brussels International Airport - Departs at 8 minutes past the hour. Additional trains do run at peak times. SHAPE [NATO] Shuttle Service
Please contact your sponsor or point of contact at SHAPE [NATO] for access to the NATO shuttle bus from Brussels Airport to SHAPE.
Arrival by Car
Directions from the airport by automobile: When traveling from the airport to SHAPE by motorway, follow signs to Gand/Ghent to Charleroi (E19) to Bergen/Mons (E19/E42). On E19/E42 to Mons take exit number 23 to SHAPE/Maisieres. Once you exit the motorway, turn right and keep straight. SHAPE is only about 4 or 5 kilometers away.
